Senior Data Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Architect with 8-12 years of experience to lead our enterprise-wide data architecture strategy and roadmap initiatives. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and requires full-time commitment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud platforms, data integration, and enterprise data architecture, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide data architecture strategy and roadmap initiatives.
  • Define and govern enterprise data standards, policies, and architectural best practices.
  • Architect scalable modern data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence.
  • Drive cloud data transformation and enterprise modernization programs.
  • Lead large-scale data integration, migration, and platform consolidation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, business teams, and enterprise architects on strategic data initiatives.
  • Establish enterprise data governance, security, lineage, and compliance frameworks.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Mentor data architects, engineers, and technical teams across projects.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise data platforms.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Enterprise Data Architecture and Strategy.
  • Strong expertise in Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep understanding of Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
  • Experience with Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Enterprise Data Warehouse architectures.
  • Expertise in Data Modeling and Enterprise Integration Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML data ecosystems and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Experience leading large enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder and leadership management skills.
